No experience necessary!Â
Learn the practice of knitting and crocheting as a form of stress relief. This is a mindfulness technique that helps to alleviate worry, stress, and anxiety.Â
Group is VIRTUAL and meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from 11:00-11:45am.Â
